Hanukkah is a holiday celebrating miracles and rejoicing in stories of persistence against all odds, honoring the persistence of the Jewish people. From the Maccabees rebellion to the miracle of eights days of light from a single jar of pure oil, the Festival of Lights marks a joyous remembrance of resilience. Join the JoCI for a community-wide experience, centered around young adults in their 20s and 30s, as part of NuRoots’ Infinite Light festival as we gather in the West Hollywood area for an evening of delicious foods, powerful storytelling, and creating a community art piece! This event is held in collaboration with Jewtina y. Co.
