The José Limón Dance Foundation's 2025 celebration of our dancers, supporters, and community will honor José Limón’s foundational legacy and ongoing impact on modern dance. The Limón Dance Company's performance program will feature generation-defining choreography by José Limón and Doris Humphrey alongside the World Premiere of Join, a striking new commission by acclaimed choreographer Aszure Barton with music by Grammy-nominated composer Ambrose Akinmusire.

*If you or your guests have difficulty with the stairs outside the theater's 92nd Street entrance the Lexington Avenue entrance at 91st Street (South Building) features a curb ramp for mobility devices. Staff are available to help you navigate the building and access to an elevator to get to our event.

To join the 2025 Gala Host Committee, please purchase tickets or make a contribution totaling $1,500.

Donors at the $1,500 level and above will receive acknowledgement on the Foundation’s website during the 25-26 season; and invitations to showings and other special events.
