Proceeds from the annual KWF Birdies, Beer & a Band Golf Outing & After-Party help fuel our mission to provide special vacations, relaxing spa days and other gifts of FUN to women and families LIVING with breast cancer. Your generous support gets our recipients out of the chemo chair and onto a beach. Since 30% of KWF vacations are last vacations,  there is no better time to provide #FunNow to our recipients. 

The chairs of this golf outing, Elaine and Sam Sambrookes, were inspired to host this event in honor of Kate Wordeman. Thanks to our givers, Kate and her family were able to enjoy a KWF vacation to Florida just a year before her passing. These gifts allow families like the Wordemans to ditch cancer, have a little FUN and create lasting memories.
