Credentialing: This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies for dialysis technicians, registered dietitians, registered nurses, and social workers through the joint providership of the Southern Kentucky AHEC, the Commission on Dietetic Registration, and Kidney Health Alliance of Ky.
A minimum of 7 CEU credentialing for nurses, dialysis technicians, social workers and dietitians have been applied for.
