Intern Delaware is a professional development program designed to strengthen Delaware’s talent and leadership pipeline by investing in your summer interns. Through curated event and mentor experiences, Intern Delaware partners with employers to enhance their internship programs. Intern Delaware complements on the-job learning with experiences that shape confident, engaged emerging leaders, invested in their company and the First State.
