• Session 1: Your leadership approach - understanding yourself, your goals, and those you are leading
• Session 2: Leading teams - building collaboration and trust to enhance group performance
• Session 3: Leading with vision - inspiring others through effective communication
• Session 4: Leading change - taking on big challenges and creating measurable results
• Session 5: Leading culture - creating work environments to fully engage hearts and minds
• Session 6: Leading for impact - putting it all together in your leadership action plan
