We are honored to congratulate the Leadership Delaware Class of 2026 and celebrate the culmination of their year-long Fellowship experience!

Throughout the year, these 31 Fellows have engaged with 150+ of Delaware’s most accomplished leaders, explored the opportunities and challenges shaping our state, and built meaningful relationships with one another and the broader LDI community. Through immersive sessions spanning business, government, nonprofit leadership, healthcare, education, and more, they have been challenged to think differently, lead boldly, and consider how they can make an even greater impact in Delaware.

Join us on Wednesday, December 9, 2026, at the Chase Center on the Riverfront as we recognize their accomplishments and officially welcome them into Leadership Delaware’s alumni network.

Celebrate alongside LDI alumni, community and business leaders, Fellowship speakers, partners, family, and friends while enjoying an evening of networking, connection, food, and a complimentary drink.
