This holiday season, Drag Church invites you into a Christmas story about what happens when we finally give ourselves permission to change.
The familiar Frosty we know and love embarks on an unexpected journey of self-discovery and becoming. Along the way, Frosty discovers that sometimes we have to allow parts of ourselves to melt in order to become who we were always meant to be.
Told through drag, live music, storytelling, reflection and plenty of magic, Frosty the Snow Queen is an original, all-ages holiday pageant celebrating the joy of becoming. It’s classic Christmas through the wonderfully queer lens of Drag Church.
Sunday, December 13, 2026
Doors at 2 PM | Show at 3 PM
Quest Church | Seattle, WA
Starring Brandi Marxxx, Cleo Nova, Jezebel Johnson, Kara Sutra, Pastor Kitty and Sid Seedy.
As a part of our Drag Church experience, Pastor Kitty will lead a gentle, non-religious guided meditation inviting us to reflect on what we might be ready to release.
Drag Church is Kinship Collaborative’s signature all-ages community arts experience, bringing together queer art, storytelling, reflection, and care to create a space where people can gather in celebration and reclamation. Despite the name, we aren’t a religious service; we playfully borrow some of the traditions of a Sunday service and reimagine them around belonging. All faiths, no faith, and all identities are welcome.
The magic goes beyond the stage! Check out our Holiday Bazaar, a festive community marketplace featuring local artists, makers, and community partners. Browse for holiday treasures, connect with our community, and keep the celebration going while supporting the people who make our region a little more creative.
Frosty the Snow Queen is also a fundraiser for Kinship Collaborative’s Expansive Literacy programs: inclusive, arts-based literacy experiences designed to help young people explore stories, identity, empathy, creativity, and belonging. Proceeds from the show help Kinship bring these experiences into schools, community organizations, and other spaces serving children and families.
