Latino leadership can be more effective and have greater impact when directors and staff  participate in leadership development at the highest level and use this knowledge to strengthen their  skills and community leadership. Through a partnership with the prestigious Center for Creative Leadership (CCL),  LIDERAMOS offers fellowships to Latino directors and staff. The fellows individually attend the Leadership Development Program at CCL - ​​the longest-running leadership development program in the world. LDP is the flagship training and is continually adapting to address the challenges facing today's leaders. The program provides powerful tools to maximize results-driven impact and inspires creative thinking that leads to action.
