About Dr. Stacy Estrada-Smith, PhD:

She is a rising leader in Latina leadership development, boasting over 11 years of dedicated experience and education in Latino topics. Her passion lies in empowering first-generation Latinas from marginalized communities, a commitment evident in her recent Ph.D. research spotlighting self-efficacy within this demographic.

Dr. Estrada-Smith's journey into leadership began early, as a student engaged in volunteer initiatives both locally and internationally. Through collaborations with prestigious organizations like Rotary, Peace Corps, United Nations, and Latin America’s Women Economic Forum, she played a significant role in fostering community empowerment and global understanding.

Recognized for her dedication to advancing globalization and championing inclusive environments, Dr. Estrada-Smith was honored with the esteemed title of Rotary Global Peace Ambassador for Rotary International and awarded the prestigious Rotary Global Grant Scholar by the California District 5330 in 2019. This scholarship facilitated her master's in peace and conflict studies and Ph.D. studies at the United Nations mandated Universidad Para La Paz located in Costa Rica.

Dr. Estrada-Smith continues to champion diversity and inclusion as a consultant and facilitator at Inclusion Inc., where she specializes in crafting solutions that cater to diverse business objectives. Her dedication extends beyond professional realms, evident in her authorship of "Global Friends for Peace," a children's book series promoting inclusivity and tolerance.
