Join the Live Oak Art Center for an evening of 1920's splendor on October 19, 2024. Festivities begin at 5:30 p.m. with a cocktail from our martini bar, wine, and beer. There will be a "Luck of the Draw" wine pull, silent and live auction items, plus opportunities to donate to Paddle's Up. After the live auction, you will have opportunity to dance the night away.
Tickets are $50.00 per person and include red and white wine, beer, 2 cocktail tickets, and food catered by Chef Raoul. Hors d'oeuvres will be devil eggs, marinaded olives & cheese, stuffed peppadews, and smoked king salmon. The main entree includes butternut & shrimp soup, Ceasar salad, beef kabobs, shrimp kabobs served on wild rice with acorn squash and dinner rolls. The desert will be bread pudding with a cognac sauce. Silent and Live Auctions will be held throughout the night.
Artist Cathy Marberry will be doing a live painting during the event that will be auctioned towards the end of the evening.
Funds from Gatsby's Grand Gala will directly support the Live Oak Art Center's educational outreach and programming, children's art classes, facilities management, general operations, and scholarship programs.
