Come run with and learn from professional running coaches on Loon Echo Land Trust trails! Get tips on form, injury prevention, gear, and any other questions you have about trail running. Come to one, two, or all three runs. All paces, all distances. No runner left behind.

July 21, 2022 | 6 PM - Raymond Community Forest, Raymond
August 18, 2022 | 6 PM - Bald Pate Mountain, Bridgton
September 10, 2022 | 9am - Bald Peak Trail, Pleasant Mountain (we will be doing Bald Peak over the Summit, down the Ledges trail as part of the Trek for the Trails).

Donations are on a sliding scale, please select an amount that feels right for you. All donations support the construction & stewardship of LELT trails in the Lake Region!

Your Coaches

Acadia Gantz is a local ultrarunner, UESCA certified running coach at Canyon Wren Coaching and co-founder of Run for the Hills run club. She has a passion for helping people enjoy outdoor spaces and find their strength through running.

Dr. Ashten Cullenberg PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a passion for helping people remain active and doing the activities they love! She has a special interest in return to impact and activities such as running, hiking, CrossFit, and lifting. Her areas of expertise include: pelvic health, hip/low back pain, foot and ankle pain, knee injuries as well as  ACL and postpartum rehab.

Dr. Kelton Cullenberg PT, DPT is the founder of Steady State Physical Therapy and Performance, who specialize in helping runners run without pain. Kelton also enjoys educating runners on numerous injury prevention topics to help them continue to do what they love!
