Join us for our first-ever Virtual 5K Run & Walk, bringing together Lori’s Hands supporters from across the globe! Whether you’re in Newark, DE; Baltimore, MD; Metro Detroit, MI; or anywhere else in the world, lace up your sneakers and join us for a fun and accessible event. This virtual race is open to all, including our dedicated student volunteer alumni spread far and wide. Together, we’ll stride towards our fundraising goals and celebrate the spirit of community, no matter where we are. Let’s run, walk, and make a difference together!

1. Register for the virtual 5K Run & Walk event through this webpage.

2. Spread the word with your friends, family, coworkers, and peers. After you register, you will receive more instructions in an email.

3. Complete your 5K run or walk between June 26th and June 28th (a reminder email will be sent closer to that time.) Lace up your shoes and complete your 5K run or walk at your own pace and location. Whether in your neighborhood, at a local park, or on a treadmill, every step counts towards supporting Lori’s Hands.

4. Share your time with Lori's Hands after completing your 5K run or walk. We encourage participants to share their achievements and experiences. Additionally, two participants, the fastest time and who raises the most money, will be given a special gift to recognize their efforts and support of Lori's Hands.
