Virgo Rising celebrates MAK Center’s year-round programming and longstanding commitment to building community through art and architecture. Planned to coincide with R.M. Schindler’s September birthday, the evening features a cocktail reception, an intimate dinner for 100, surprises, and special guests, all taking place in the gardens of the Schindler House.

A contemporary, experimental, multi-disciplinary center for art and architecture, MAK Center is headquartered in three significant architectural works by architect R.M. Schindler and offers a year-round schedule of exhibitions and events that challenges conventional notions of architectural space and relationships between the creative arts. 

Proceeds from ticket sales directly support our exhibitions, programs, and ambitious projects for the year ahead.
