About Speaker:

India Brown is a task-oriented self-directed professional with over 20 years of experience in project management. Her portfolio includes projects in the healthcare industry, legal industry, information technology, revenue cycle management, and education and development. India’s experience ranges from managing large complex projects to leading small-customized projects. 

Prior to transitioning into independent consulting, India served in various leadership roles at St. Vincent Health for 13 years. After several years as a freelance consultant, recognized for effectively leading projects, managing tasks and teams, She decided to start her own consulting firm, Brown Design and Workflow Creations, LLC, (DBA - PMPHASE) in 2014. India has successfully been operating PMPHASE, offering consulting services to clients in various industries. India has a vast understanding and applied skills in project management methodologies and revenue cycle management processes.

India earned her Bachelors degree in Business Administration, from Indiana Institute of Technology, and her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Management, from Northcentral University.
