This year, MinKwon Center for Community Action will celebrate its 42nd anniversary with our gala, “Rooted In Community.” As we honor our past achievements and look towards our future, we invite you to partner with us for our 42nd Anniversary Gala, which will take place on October 22, 2026 at the Riverside Church in Morningside Heights. Our 42nd year celebration provides a moment to reflect on our collective journey — the challenges we've faced, the victories we've won, and the work that lies ahead. It’s also a time to recommit ourselves to serving and empowering our community, especially in times of uncertainty.

MinKwon’s 42nd Anniversary Gala will bring together over 200 attendees. With your support, MinKwon can continue to provide our community members with free-of-cost services and programming, in addition to advocacy and organizing efforts throughout the New York Metropolitan area.
