Missouri City Green will host a Backyard Composting Workshop in partnership with Fort Bend Master Gardeners and Missouri City Parks and Recreation. Participants will learn how to create a simple backyard composting system where yard clippings and vegetable scraps are turned into fertile compost.

The cost of the workshop is $40 per registrant which includes one FREE 65-gallon compost bin to take home.  Accompanying family members may attend for free.  No refunds will be given for cancellations.

Pre-registration is required and the class is limited to the first 40 registrants.
