This weekend retreat is held in partnership with the Mountain Way Zen sangha.  The weekend will include sitting and walking meditation, dharma talks, working meditation and opportunities for discussion. 

All meals will be vegetarian, served oryoki- a formal style of serving and eatings meals that is practiced in Zen temples.  

The suggested donation is $250 for attending the retreat, which includes all meals and lodging in our men's & women's hostels.
