The Trinity Sangha is a satellite group of the Mt Adams Zen Buddhist temple that meets on Mondays at noon, at Trinity Natural Medicine in Hood River.

This daylong retreat is an opportunity for this group to gather for an extended day of practice together at the temple in Trout Lake, WA. Newcomers are also welcome.

The day will include sitting and walking meditation, please wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and layers for shifting temperatures.

A vegetarian lunch will be provided.

This event is free of charge, but there will be an opportunity to give dana. Your generosity is deeply appreciated and allows our temple to continue our efforts to provide access to the dharma (buddhist teachings).
