We are excited to open our doors and show you what m.o.v.e. is all about. During this event, you will meet the m.o.v.e. team, hear about our unique program, and most importantly, experience the magic of a m.o.v.e. class thanks to our matching donation partner Criterion Consulting.

Schedule of Events:
11:00–11:20 Doors open
11:20–11:30 Introduction to m.o.v.e.
11:30–12:15 m.o.v.e. Class

12:30 Event Concludes

From 11:30–12:15, experience what m.o.v.e. is all about. Join us for a modified class designed to engage your whole body—from brain to toesThis session is open to all attendees and offers a welcoming opportunity for people of all ability levels to explore a new kind of mental and physical exercise.

To participate comfortably, please wear athletic shoes and clothing, and bring a water bottle.

While the class is inclusive of all ability levels, it will require standing, coordination drills, and guided mobility exercises. m.o.v.e. coaches will lead the session but will not be able to provide hands-on assistance. If the class exceeds your current physical comfort level, we invite you to observe the magic and connect with our coaches about joining a future cohort.

Tickets are required for all attendees and are limited. Tickets will not be available at the door. All funds from purchased tickets for this event will benefit the m.o.v.e. Foundation, ensuring that m.o.v.e. remains community-powered and low-cost.

m.o.v.e Foundation is a federally registered nonprofit organization and is currently awaiting final approval from the Illinois Attorney General's office. At this time, donations may not yet be tax-deductible. We will keep our supporters updated as soon as our state status is finalized, and we are truly grateful for your support as we complete this process.
