Join the Maui County Commission on the Status of Women for a day of celebrating and enhancing women's health. This empowering gathering focuses on the feminine journey from birth to rebirth, providing valuable insights, connections, and experiences to inspire positive change in your life.

We draw inspiration from Maui's great female chiefs and Queens, such as Ka’ahumanu and Keopuolani, and honor the legacy of Kapiolani, Emma, and Lili’uokalani. These highly educated, people’s champions, deeply loved knowledge and were skilled in countless ways. We also revere the profound influence of female deities like Papahanaumoku, Kihawahine, Pele, Hina, Laka, Poliahu, and many others. Their legacy reminds us of the importance of those who’ve come before us and paved the way.

During this time of great change, we remember the possibilities for our communities when we stay grounded in aloha, tap into our creativity, and navigate the rough seas together.
