Interviewing and working with young people facing charges in delinquency or adult court requires specialized knowledge and intention. This workshop, co-hosted by the Idaho Public Defender Office, and West and North Central Regions of the Gault Center, will focus on how defense teams can ensure that every young person feels heard, understands the process, and is able to work with their attorney to achieve the best outcome possible.
