Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary Foundation (NMSF) will recognize 2020’s five “Sea Stars”: in Resource Protection, Research, Business & Tourism, Education & Outreach and our ”Panetta Sea Star Award” during this year’s virtual event. Foundation co-chairs, Secretary Leon Panetta and Hilary Bryant, will bestow the Sea Star recognition, and guests will also be treated to an address from keynote speaker, Haben Girma, the premiere of the Foundation short-film, a pre-party cocktail demonstration, and an online auction.

All proceeds from this event will benefit Monterey Bay NMSF and Sanctuary docent and whale disentanglement programs.
