Entrepreneurs often find themselves balancing business demands, personal responsibilities, and constant pressure to do more with limited time and energy. This interactive 90-minute workshop explores how burnout, overcommitment, and “hustle culture” impact decision-making, creativity, consistency, and long-term business growth. Participants will learn practical strategies to better manage their capacity, protect their energy, and build more sustainable approaches to entrepreneurship without constantly operating in survival mode.

Learning Objectives:

• Identify common signs of burnout and capacity overload in entrepreneurship

• Recognize habits and patterns that contribute to overwhelm and inconsistency

• Learn practical strategies for boundaries, energy management, and sustainable productivity

• Create a personalized approach to maintaining wellness while growing a business
