The NYSPCC Junior Society is excited to present to you a Cook with Me event with Chef Madison Papp. Join us on Sunday, November 22 at 5pm and learn step-by-step how to make a delicious pumpkin risotto with Madison.
As a chef, Madison Papp takes a distinct and progressive approach to food, flavor, and cooking using a balance of fantasy, elegance, and unbridled vibrance. Born and raised in New York City, she applies an interdisciplinary approach to cuisine, drawing inspiration from local markets, antiquarian cookbooks, and global foodways. Part of her magic comes from her ability to create a beautiful experience, seamlessly transporting her audience.
