This Friday we feature our Brick partnership with a double-header presentation of New Works by Title:Point (helmed by The Brick Artistic Director Theresa Buchheister), and thingNY, which will be collectively creating a new piece to be premiered in January 2024 at The Brick as part of the Exponential Festival.

Title:Point is a darkly absurd performance company that has been creating and producing new plays since 2006. Theresa Buchheister and Spencer Thomas Campbell will be working on a new piece by Spencer with a small core group of collaborators.

thingNY is a collective of New York composer-performers who fuse electronic and acoustic chamber music with new opera, improvisation, theater, text, song, and installation. Their current piece deals with ancestral language, digestion as a metaphor for lineage and ancestry, displacement through time and space, and similar themes.

On Friday, November 3, please join us for a sharing of early works-in-progress by these two unique companies. Please note our new winter start times: the presentation begins at 7:00pm.
