In tandem with their new performance, Transforma Theatre is creating a workshop to allow people to become more familiar with one of the most exciting and controversial technological developments of our time: AI. This workshop will create a highly participatory and playful modality — encouraging personal curiosity, agency, and investigation — around the sometimes scary, often misunderstood, and easily hyped topic of Artificial Intelligence.

As part of the workshop, participants will interact with GPT-4 via an avatar, so that they can ask it questions directly. There will also be a guided tour through a few different contemporary AI tools. Participants will play an important role in helping the company shape the future of their pilot workshop.
