Overview

This 3-part training for CHWs will cultivate facilitation skills to successfully guide diverse groups. Through interactive lessons on group dynamics, conflict management, and facilitation strategies, participants will learn to bring communities together, promote constructive dialogue, and help groups achieve their purpose. 

During this session, participants will be able to: 

• Understand the role and skills of an effective group facilitator.
• Employ techniques to maximize participation, safety, and constructive conflict.
• Manage challenging group situations with confidence. 
• Design engaging sessions customized to group needs.
