EVENT DETAILS
This two-day training acknowledges that CHW Supervisors play a crucial role in developing a skilled CHW workforce, but all too frequently lack the tools required to guarantee that their team members perform their jobs to the best of their abilities. The goal of this training is to increase supervisors' capacity to oversee the CHWs on their team in a more responsive and knowledgeable manner.
Systems thinking, role clarity, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding, systems navigation, culturally responsive supervision, boundary setting, equitable supervision, trauma-informed supervision, self-care, and skill-building using actual case studies are among the topics covered.
