Overview
The Basics of Mental Health training teaches strategies for positive interactions with individuals with mental illness, addressing common diagnoses, causes, misconceptions, treatment options, and ways to counter stigma. The goal is to increase understanding, empathy, and skills for interacting constructively with those living with mental challenges.
