Join passionate CHWs, advocates, and leaders at Lighting the Future NH Community Health Worker Summit 2024. This all-day event features engaging breakout sessions, activities, awards, and abundant networking. We are inviting organizations to register for vendor tables. As a vendor at this event, you will be able to exhibit services, disseminate materials, educate attendees, and network with this critical workforce. 

**New to this year's event - Vendor BINGO

Showcase your organization to health professionals at the NH CHW Summit's vendor BINGO activity! Attendees will have dedicated times during the day to visit vendor tables and collect a sticker from each vendor they visit. The first person to get a bingo will win a prize! The vendor tables with the most visits at the end will get a prize too, so vendors - get creative and have fun!

We have a limited number of vendors we are allowed to have at this event; register for a table BY April 5, 2024 at 5:00pm. 

• Non-profit organizations: $250
• For-profit & other organizations: $500
