Per a recent email update, the Norwalk ACTS Early Childhood Development Initiative (ECDI) general meeting is being rescheduled to Thursday, February 29 from Noon until 1:30 p.m.  Please consider joining us if you work with families of young children or want to learn more about early childhood work in Norwalk.
