Welcome to registration for the OHBA Spring 2024 Craft & Vendor Fair to be held on Saturday, March 2, 2024 

Please indicate your location preference,
choose the number of spaces you want, and fill out your information.

• Booths are set up in the Hallways, Commons, Lobby, the Lower Gym floor and the Upper Gym track.
• Due to the growth in popularity of the craft fair, entrances and layout may need to be changed to accommodate needs.
• Locations are confirmed upon payment on a first come, first served basis.
  
• You must BRING YOUR OWN tables, chairs, electrical cords (if electric space is requested) and displays.
• You may arrive as early as 6 a.m. on Fair day. 
• YOUR BOOTH MUST BE READY BY 7:45 a.m. FOR FIRE MARSHAL INSPECTION.
• You will enter at the door designated on your email confirmation letter. Parent volunteers and Band Student Leadership Team members will do their best to assist you to your booth location.
• Food booths must adhere to all Ohio Cottage Food laws. If you are selling food items, you are responsible for preparing and labeling food in accordance with all Ohio Cottage Food Laws.
