An online workshop designed for anyone wanting to learn meditation and for anyone wanting to refresh their meditation practice.

Learn several essential tools that will enable you to begin to experience the benefits of a meditation practice. We’ll cover lying down meditation, guided meditation, mindful breath awareness and silent sitting meditation. Each component will include instruction followed by time for practice and questions.
This workshop is great for beginners as well as those who want to refresh their meditation practice.
