Bouschet will provide the wine tastes and a charcuterie plate for each attendee that you can pick up at their store. The winemaker will join us virtually to guide the wine tasting.
PSGMC Board President, Steve Baker and PSGMC Artistic Director, Douglas Wilson will talk about PSGMC and our future plans.

The charcuterie plate includes a sampling of Derby Sage and Derby Port cheese, Manchego Cheese, Smoked Spec, Genoa Italian Salami, assorted specialty crackers, fig or apricot spread, house-made cashews, an olive medley including kalamata, green and black olives, and assorted dried fruit is presented by Chef Tig of Tig and Company, Chef partner at Bouschet.
