You're invited to the PFLAG NYC 2025 Gala for a night of celebration, inspiration, and impact!

Kick off the evening with cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, enjoy a fabulous dinner and awards program, then hit the dance floor at our dessert reception. Plus, don't miss the chance to snag incredible silent auction items—all to raise crucial funds that directly advance our mission to uplift and empower LGBTQ+ youth and adults, their families, and allies.

The dress code is flexible. We encourage you to wear celebratory cocktail attire that makes you feel like YOU.

We've announced our 2025 Honorees!

At this year's gala, we'll be honoring three amazing people who have made an impact in NYC and far beyond through their contributions in advocacy, arts, and culture:

  • Peppermint: First out trans contestant on RuPaul's Drag Race in Season 9, actor, and LGBTQ+ advocate. Will receive the Jeanne Manford Trailblazer Award.
  • Gregory Maguire: Author, best known for Wicked, and co-founder of Children's Literature New England. Will receive the James Baldwin Cultural Impact Award.
  • Clara Lee: Founder of PFLAG NYC API Rainbow Parents, proud mom, and current board member. Will receive the Drew Tagliabue Stay Close Award.

And don't miss this year's incredible gala entertainment!

  • EMCEE - James Tom: Iconic stand-up comic, actor, and writer
  • PERFORMER - Annaleigh Ashford: Renowned Tony Award-winning and Grammy-nominated performer
  • PERFORMER - Brita Filter: Legendary worldwide drag entertainer and political changemaker
  • DJ - Mark Holcomb: NYC nightlife star bringing energy and edge to the dance floor

PFLAG NYC is the founding chapter of PFLAG, the nation’s foremost family-based organization committed to celebrating LGBTQ+ young people and creating a better future for all. PFLAG was started in 1973 by a group of parents in New York City who stood up for their gay children. Now, over 50 years later, the organization has more than 325,000 members and supporters in over 300 chapters throughout the United States.

All proceeds from the gala will go toward our ongoing work serving New York City through support services for LGBTQ+ people and their parents, family members, and loved ones, safe schools programming that promotes inclusivity in NYC schools, and our community outreach, education, and advocacy work. We look forward to reveling with you!
