Arthur Young has had a deep connection to books since childhood, growing up with a grandmother who was a teacher and a mother who worked as a part-time TA. While a literary career wasn’t the path he originally envisioned—having spent years in tech and business—he’s happy to have found his way here. Arthur is the father of a three-year-old, and when he’s not working or taking care of her (including reading her favorite books at bedtime like Dragons Love Tacos and anything Bluey), he’s likely reading manga or mystery novels. At The Caldwell Agency, he leads the expansion of the audio department and manages the agency’s incredible team of agents.
