We are gearing up for another amazing Phoenix ToolBank Hammers & Ales Party and Fundraiser (virtually of course). Like with most things in 2020 it will look a little different, but we didn’t want to miss the opportunity to enjoy craft beer, celebrate ToolBank’s successes, see our friends, and have a little fun! We hope you will join us on Friday, November 13th from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm for the 6thAnnual (virtual) Hammers & Ales Fundraiser. This year will include (an optional) scavenger hunt the week leading up to our Friday event, along with virtual beer tasting with a beer expert (beer provided by ToolBank), trivia, auction, and more on the night of the 13th!
We can continue to fulfill our mission with your support as a Hammers & Ales sponsor or attendee! ToolBank is busier than ever as we have pivoted during this time to also supply Arizona nonprofits and schools with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at no cost to the organizations. At this point we have distributed over 1.2 million pieces of PPE to almost 600 unique organizations including masks, gowns, gloves, hand sanitizer, and face shields throughout Arizona. And we continue to receive donated PPE from FEMA, Maricopa County and our corporate partners for distribution. Your sponsorship will continue to keep our community safe during these unprecedented times. But don’t worry we haven’t stopped lending tools. We have supported COVID-19 testing sites in Yuma, food distribution for students at a local elementary schools, laptops for students and more over the past few month. Not to mention settling into our new warehouse. This has been a big year for ToolBank and we know nonprofits opening back up are going to need our resources now more than ever!
