Piscataquis County is beautiful—full of lakes, rivers, forests, wildlife, and some of the hardest-working, most caring people you’ll ever meet.

But while our county spans a vast and stunning landscape, our small population means we often don’t have access to the same resources as larger communities. That’s why it’s time to make some noise and show the world that we Give a Duck about Piscataquis County!

Adopt your duck here, or at the event. This year's event looks a little different. Instead of racing ducks in the river, we will be "chucking" the ducks onto the ice during a break in the Foxcroft Academy Alumni Hockey game. 

The ducks closest to the target will enter into a drawing to choose the top 3 winners.

This fun and quirky event raises critical funds to fight hunger in our region.
