1) An Evening at Chez Bill with Sommelier Bill Summerville and local chef (TBD)

You and seven of your best friends will spend a delicious evening in Bill’s cozy European-inflected Uptown cottage. Bill Summerville, who’s been an influential force in shaping the Twin Cities restaurant scene plying his trademark style of charm and brashness at such notable restaurants as La Belle Vie and Spoon and Stable will be joined by one of his favorite chefs. The evening will start with spritzes and Hors d’oeuvres by the fireplace or in Bill’s garden depending on the season. You’ll then be seated for a luxurious five-course dinner and a selection of some of Bill’s favorite wines and the stories that accompany them.

2) See the Los Angeles premiere of a new duet performance by Aparna and Ashwini Ramaswamy in a shared evening with Anouskha Shankar on October 22, 2023
