Celebrating the end of summer in Colorado Springs
The purpose of the event is to raise money for the Ray of Hope Cancer Foundation via Tattoo Prom. Due to the pandemic, we are unable to conduct our normal annual event so we've decided to change things up a little bit. This will allow us to honor Brent’s wish to continue to donate to his favorite charity as well as stay in the communities’ eyes and show our support through our event.
The event will take place throughout the day with a 4 on 4 volleyball tournament at IVP kicking the day off. There's fun for all including the food tour, a car show, and kid's fun zone and a drive-in movie to cap off the night.
All volleyball teams must pre-register. You can register a team or as an individual looking to play. Individual players will be teamed up with other participants that lack full teams. Early registration to participate is strongly encouraged as we expect the team allowances to be reached.
Through August 2020 the foundation has already provided over $62,000 in aid to Colorado Springs residents going through cancer treatment. The grants help provide for basic needs such as housing, utilities, transportation, and food.
CDC guideline compliance - by choosing to attend and participate in the Tattoo Prom BBQ & Volleyball Tournament you agree to follow the CDC and event guidelines that apply on September 26, 2020.
