• March 14, 10-11 am CST; Speaker: Gwendolyn Turner, Vice President, Talent Development, Inclusion and Impact (ESG), Myriad Genetics.

About Gwen:
With a proven track record in corporate social responsibility (CSR), environmental, social, and governance (ESG), and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), Gwendolyn is a seasoned leader dedicated to driving transformative change across global organizations. She specializes in building consensus, effective communication, and rigorous strategic management. From her impactful role as VP of ESG, Inclusion, and Learning & Development at Myriad Genetics, Inc., where she enhanced brand recognition and boosted employee engagement, to pioneering a Health Equity mission impacting thousands in underserved communities, she brings a holistic approach to leadership.

Beyond Gwendolyn’s corporate endeavors, she contributes to positive change through board positions, currently serving as the Board Chair at PDX Jazz / Jazz in the Schools and having been an Executive Board Member at Girls Inc. of the Pacific Northwest. She is a newly elected board member of Rising Against the Storms (RAS).  Her journey includes notable leadership roles at Pfizer, Kellogg, and Kaiser Permanente, each contributing to her rich tapestry of experience. As a proud mom of two boys, her commitment extends beyond professional success to fostering a positive impact both personally and in the communities she serves. 

• March 21, 10-11 am CST; speaker: Vasudha Gambhir, Vice President, Customer Success & Renewals Transformation, Cisco.

About Vas:
Vasudha Gambhir is Vice President, Customer Success & Renewals Transformation at Cisco. Vas is part of Cisco's Transformation Center - a cross functional team accelerating the company's shifts towards a more subscription-based, recurring revenue model. 

Previously Vas was the global leader of Cisco's Security Customer Success team, driving outcomes across the portfolio and integrating the team from hyper-specialists to security specialists. She has held a variety of other roles across Customer Experience: data and analytics, and strategy and platforms. Prior to Cisco, Vas spent time at Salesforce and KPMG.

• March 28, 10-11 am CST; speaker: Anisha Sivakumar, Vice President, CX Engineering & Operations, Zcaler. 

About Anisha:
Anisha Sivakumar is Vice President of CX Engineering & Engineering Operations at Zscaler. Her team drives end-to-end alignment across Product, Engineering, Customer Success & Support organizations in how the company thinks customer-first in the products they build, processes they develop, and experiences they provide to our customers. Prior to joining Zscaler, Anisha served as the Vice President of Customer Success & Acceleration at Cisco, where she built their customer success practice from the ground up. 

Her experience also includes years in CX strategy & analytics, business operations, marketing analytics, and consulting at Salesforce and IBM. Outside of Zscaler, Anisha applies her expertise to support underprivileged children as a Board Member and Chief Strategy Officer of Rising Above the Storms (RAS). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics & Operations Research from New York University.
