• $50/"Share the healing" registration includes a $10 donation toward registration for a survivor with limited financial means using our sliding-fee scale. 

Description: Active breathwork is a guided practice done lying down, using a three-part breath through the mouth.  Breathing this way can bring more energy into the body and open space for healing, release, and self-discovery.
