From College Decision to College Graduation… JOIN Rockford Promise in the third annual Promising Futures, a community celebration of local students as they take the next step in their futures.  Cheer on local students as they sign their scholarships to nearby colleges and universities.  Congratulate Rockford Promise college graduates from Rockford University, Northern Illinois University, and Rock Valley College as they enter the workforce and careers post-college graduation. 

The event is free and open to the public.

Doors open at 2:30, and seating is first-come first-served.
