FREE, INTERGENERATIONAL WORKSHOP SERIES FOR ART & EARTH-LOVERS AGES 10 AND UP!

This new series of Saturday workshops (Sept 7th thru November 9th, 10am to 11:30am) will blend traditional art forms and sustainable building practices through approachable, fun, hands-on learning for folks of all ages! Using a project based, collaborative learning model, participants will learn by doing in a series of activities rooted in ancient forms of making that offer real solutions to today’s climate crisis.

Projects/Activities will include:

✔️ Digging for/harvesting wild clay

✔️ Earthen brick-making & fire pit building

✔️ Earth plaster building & tile-making

✔️ Earthen bench-making

PLEASE TAKE NOTE BEFORE REGISTERING: 

• This workshop has limited space, so please register each individual participant. (i.e If you are a parent planning to take these workshops with your child(ren), each participant must have their own registration to reflect accurate headcount for each workshop.)
• Due to the nature of these projects, activities are subject-to-change weekly. You are welcome to sign up for one or all workshops but please understand there may be some overlap in information and/or activities week-to-week. ✨ What we can guarantee is that you'll gain new skills and have a great time in each and every workshop! ✨
