The Friendship Garden is a 2000 sq foot lawn that RuckusRoots transformed into a native plants, art, & learning garden in 2023. The space is almost ready for its official unveiling to the campus community, but we need help crossing the finish line!

Our goal is to host an opening event during Family STEAM Night at Eucalyptus Elementary on May 2nd, before beginning arts-based ecology programming for students this Fall.

A well-attended volunteer day on April 27th will help us prepare for the May 2nd event, ensuring the garden is weed and grass-free, filled with native plants, and that attendees of Family STEAM Night can participate in fun, creative activities that engage them in the new space and set RuckusRoots up for successful future programming there!
