With the aim of providing low-income homeowners with urgent repairs to alleviate threats to health and safety in their homes, RHP has been working tirelessly to improve housing conditions in Rutherford County, a large rural county in the Foothills of Western North Carolina where 19.6% of the county residents live in poverty.
