Shwachman-Diamond Syndrome (SDS) is like living with a ticking time bomb because the looming risk of leukemia is high and ever-present. Help us deactivate the ticking time bomb with HOT CHOCOLATE BOMBS! When you order a gift set of 4, you bring a smile to your loved ones' faces AND support SDS research toward a cure. Additional donations would be highly appreciated.

You can add a personalized note to be included in the gift set, along with a thank you note from the SDS Alliance team, ready to gift. 

All orders will ship out in early December with the hopes that USPS will deliver by December 24th, but we can't guarantee this due to the uncertain times. We can only deliver to the continental US at this time but hope to do this to other countries in the future as well. 

These hot chocolate bombs (dark chocolate with marshmallows inside) are hand-crafted in a local bakery in the Boston area.
