Starting at 4:00 am, in the dark & early hours of the morning, participants will walk together as the dawn breaks and sunlight emerges. Our 5K Solace Sunrise Walk invites people from across the country to embark on a journey symbolic of the path many of our clients experience while attending our counseling services - making one's way from a place of darkness and loneliness to a place of hope and healing. This extraordinary event continues to bring our community together each year, as we walk in solidarity, fighting the fight against suicide. Join us this summer, as we continue to break down the stigma and create awareness around suicide and mental health.

Walk with your community to reinforce the message, you are not alone. Walk with us to raise awareness and funds for free mental healthcare. Together we will work towards a world without suicide.
