We are partnering with the creators of a board game - Cozy. Juicy. Real. - that gives participants the opportunity to talk about their lives, their dreams, and what they love (or what they don’t). There are three categories of questions to ask and answer - some more whimsical and easy (Cozy), some a little deeper and more serious (Juicy), and some more vulnerable and personal (Real). You get to choose the level that you want to share in. It’s non-threatening, illuminating, and quickly forms meaningful human connections. 

We and our team members love playing the game. It’s a great icebreaker and a wonderful way to know and be known, which is what good listening does.
